Each sail shape is computer-molded using knowledge gained from our sail development program for Bill Koch's winning America's Cup program. Extensive sail testing on Atlantics fine-tuned the information we fed into the computer molding program. The best quality sailcloth is laser-cut to 1/10 mm accuracy to duplicate the fastest sail shapes, creating reliably quick sails.
